AAF=Automotive Auto Finance Rip Off Dealers
AAF=Automotive Auto Finance Rip Off Dealers
http://www.aafcredit.com/ (AAF-Automotive Auto Finance)
Avoid at all costs of buying anything from these delers. There liar's and well known rip off dealers. All they want is your hard earned money. They do not make trade in's and they do not repair anything even when you try to bring it to their attention. They will say come back on Thursday to talk to the manager. You do and the manager is not in as he had a meeting to attend. No ide when he'll be in. Leave your number for them to call and they never call. If they have something to sell you then they never forget to call you. See the following for more reports on this dealership for yourself. From my own experience I can tell you that all they want is your signature on a contract. Threaten them with sueing and they don't care and wit for you to do it. Threaten them with using a lawyer and they laugh at you. In short they lie about anything what so ever you sign in the contract. They delay you by saying the mechanic will be in next Tuesday or they had to fire the last one and a new one is being hired and then we will have your car looked at. Stalling is their game and they do play it well. I have talked to the manager finally in Springdale and given a go around to where the tall ass jack ass would sit in his office and drink coffee. After and hour I walk in and he's still sitting on his ass and drinking coffee. I ask while I close the door behind me as to what is taking so damn long. He said I am calling around right now to set you up with someone that will check the auto out. Finally after three hours he comes out to the lobby and states to calm down, are you upset. I say calm down yourself and back off from my face, what is your problem. He then stands back and states that he has found a mechanic to check the problem out. I said I know what the problem is as I told you. The engine light stays on since the day I took it home. Your other lot dealer in Bentonville stated that it is just a clitch from the gas cap not being on and it will take a few days maybe even a week before it goes off. I waited that long and now really mad as you stalled me off just to make that contract good. He said we need to see for sure from one of our own mechanics that we choose if that is the problem. I went to the muffer shop that he chose and they ran a check and sure enough it was as my mechanic stated over a week ago. He said then we'll get it repaired and told me that I would have to pay for the repair but I would get credit for it towards my payment. Great as long as it is taken care of. Once paid for and close to three hundred dollars later the light still remains on. I went back to their mechanic and said that same day the light is till on. I was told again just run it for a week and it will go off. Take the battery terminals off and try that and still it is on. I called the Springdale manager and left messages and still as of this day i am waiting for a call and have posted many complaints on the internet and this is the first where I am making a web page to send around the world. I seem to get action from everyone once I do this. Takes time but am fed up. Yes, I have made my payments on time still. As long as it runs and gets me where I want then great. But, I also know that there is a big problem still and just have no funds as I am retired and live on a limited income as these slime balls know. I still get my oil changed and when I send min the oil proof of changes, I am not entitled to the $50.00 credit towards my bill. It states nothing at all that I have to bring it into the office but when I called the finance department they stated that you need to come in for the credit. Your not allowed to mail it in. What a crock but this is how these people are. Liars and scum bags. I use to make payments by credit card and even on the internet. Now, I am or was blocked from doing that and told they have no idea why it would not work for me. Anyway, I said I am making a Master card payment then over the phone. I said since I can do that then I am happy to save gas not having to run down there. I am told thta there will be a two dollar fee for making a credit card payment. Ok! Then asked if I want to make at lease a $25.00 extra payment and we'll match it. Ok! I went and agreed to that. Now, if only could get these slime balls to uphold what they agreed to and repair what I can not afford to do then I would be happy. I have heard from many other's that are also fed up and pissed and many when the car's break down said there leaving them where they are parked and call these slime balls where to pick it up. I am hoping that I don't have to do that after posting this and letting others know that don't take being ripped off by dealers and let them think they got away with it. Pass the word around not to use these people to get even or until they repair what they agreed to. Again as always send me your e-mails as I collect them for later in the future for whatever I feel will make them honest or go out of business!
